Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your PDFs are read and written inside your browser. Only your account and a download count reach our server.

What do I need?

A modern browser on a computer. No install, no plug-in.

What happens after the trial?

The app is switched off until you choose a plan. We send an invoice with bank details and switch your account on when it is paid.

I sub-contract printing to Creaze. Do I pay?

No. The Partner plan is free while you give us sub-contract work. Ask us to switch it on.

Which machines does it support?

Ricoh sheet printers, Grando UV bed, sublimation, and ThunderJet or MyJet rolls, plus your own sheet sizes.
